About the Role  

 

Gabriel & Co. is seeking a dynamic, data-driven Account Executive Manager to lead the success of our innovative Retail Programs and Data-Driven Replenishment strategies, maximizing business for our top retail partners. You will manage a team of Account Executives who deliver exceptional service, personalized product recommendations, and flawless execution to our most important customers. 

 

You’ll also own the visual merchandising of the Gabriel & Co. Showroom and oversee planogram development to ensure brand consistency and optimal product presentation across all retail environments. 

 

What You’ll Do  

  • Drive Retailer Excellence: Lead the execution and ongoing optimization of Gabriel & Co.’s Retail Programs, ensuring each account is curated to maximize sell-through and customer engagement. 
  • Champion Smart Replenishment: Implement data-driven replenishment strategies that keep retail partners stocked with the right product at the right time — boosting sales and minimizing missed opportunities. 
  • Lead Top Customer Engagement: Oversee and support direct relationships with our most important customers through your team of Account Executives, ensuring outstanding service and responsiveness. 
  • Visual Merchandising Leadership: Own the visual merchandising of the Gabriel & Co. Showroom, maintaining an inspiring, on-brand experience for visitors and partners. 
  • Planogram Development and Execution: Create and manage planograms for our retail partners, ensuring merchandising consistency, and elevating the customer journey. 
  • Coach and Build Talent: Hire, train, and develop Account Executives to deliver against aggressive targets and strategic priorities. 
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Reps to align strategies, optimize execution, and deliver seamless customer experiences. 
  • Performance and Data Analytics: Monitor account performance, replenishment success rates, visual standards, and customer satisfaction metrics — using data to refine and drive strategies. 

 

What You’ll Bring  

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or retail program management. 
  • Strong experience with inventory management, replenishment planning, and merchandising execution. 
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and planogram best practices. 
  • Luxury goods, jewelry, or premium retail experience highly preferred. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.
