A premier property management company in Chicago is seeking an energetic Administrative Assistant/Mail Clerk to keep operations running smoothly. If you love a role that blends administrative support with hands-on responsibilities, this is your chance to be a key player in a dynamic team. The hours for this role are Monday – Fridays from 11:00AM – 4:00PM and Saturdays from 12:00PM – 4:00PM. This role offers a competitive salary of $40,000 - $43,000 a year, commensurate with experience. Mack & Associates offers benefits including medical, PTO and 401k.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant/Mail Clerk:

  • Be the go-to person for all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries—keeping things moving efficiently.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and ensure the team has everything they need to succeed.
  • Provide top-notch administrative support, including data entry, document prep, and record management.
  • Coordinate schedules, assist with meetings, and keep calendars organized.
  • Be the welcoming face of the office—greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Support property management staff with special projects and tenant communications.
  • Keep things running smoothly by ensuring office procedures are followed and records stay up to date.

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant/Mail Clerk:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or mailroom-related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move packages as needed.
