Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Coordinate and oversee the manufacturing process for aerospace machined parts, focusing on high-strength steel components.
• Process Optimization: Enhance machining processes to meet quality standards and customer specifications with precision and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and production teams to maintain project timelines and ensure smooth operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs while maintaining exceptional standards.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to safety regulations and quality control procedures, ensuring components meet stringent aerospace standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in manufacturing processes are a plus.
• Experience: Proven expertise in aerospace manufacturing, particularly in high-strength steel components, machining, and processing techniques.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, and knowledge of metallurgical principles for high-strength steels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for optimal production.
• Communication: Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP) and safety/environmental protocols.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to planning, documentation, and quality control.
• Adaptability: Ability to excel in dynamic environments with evolving technologies and priorities.
