Responsibilities:
Install and set up household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washing machines, and dryers.
Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Provide customers with operating instructions and maintenance tips for their appliances.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and services performed.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Keep up-to-date with the latest appliance technologies and installation techniques.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong technical and mechanical skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy appliances.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
