We seek an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our NEW! Primary Care Walk-In Center - OPENING LATE SUMMER EARLY FALL. This is an excellent opportunity for an advanced provider who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Concord Hospital Primary Care Walk-In Center – Merchant’s Way Open 7 days a week - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Requirements: Must have 3-5+ years' experience in either/all Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care. Licensed (or eligible) in New Hampshire as an APRN or PA-C. Certification in BLS (or ability to obtain) preferred. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of non-emergency healthcare needs. Perform minor procedures as appropriate for scope of practice. Coordinate follow-up care and referrals as needed. Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR system. Concord Hospital is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
