🎯 Now Hiring: Part-Time Interior Design & Visualization Specialist for a Luxury Home Project in Boulder

LOCAL ONLY! DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE AREA.

Are you passionate about high-end design, masterful with visual storytelling, and skilled at keeping projects on track? We’re looking for a Part-Time Interior Design & Visualization Specialist to support a luxury custom home currently under construction in Boulder, Colorado. This contract role is anticipated to last approximately one year—with potential for continued collaboration on future projects.

✨ About the Opportunity:

This isn’t your average design support role. You’ll have a hand in shaping a thoughtfully curated residence from concept to completion. Your contributions will blend creative design with practical project coordination, all within a collaborative and detail-obsessed team.

We’re seeking someone who is not only highly capable but brings a fresh, inspired perspective—this could be an amazing opportunity for someone recently out of school or between roles, ready to showcase their talent on a marquee-level project. We’re ready to pay well for the right person.

🔨 Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Assist in refining interior concepts, architectural details, and layouts that align with a luxury aesthetic.

• 3D Renderings & Visuals: Create compelling, photorealistic visual presentations—including architectural renderings, mood boards, and conceptual imagery.

(Experience in rendering luxury residential projects is essential.)

• Project Coordination: Support day-to-day project workflows to help ensure deadlines and design integrity are maintained throughout the process.

•  On-Site Engagement: Attend site visits and walkthroughs to observe progress and confirm alignment with design intent.

•  Vendor & Materials Coordination: Help source materials, finishes, and furnishings; communicate with vendors and suppliers as needed.

•  Client-Facing Support: Participate in design meetings and assist in preparing presentations for client review.

•  Construction Liaison: Collaborate with construction professionals to troubleshoot and clarify design details during execution.

🔑 Ideal Qualifications:

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in high-end residential design or architectural visualization.

• Demonstrated experience producing 3D renderings of luxury residential projects .

• Excellent eye for design, architecture, and finishes at the luxury level.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.

• Knowledge of luxury materials, interior detailing, and custom home construction (a plus).

• Strong aesthetic sensibility, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.

• Confident communicator with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, dynamic team.

🌟 Why This Role Stands Out:

• Work on a one-of-a-kind custom home in an inspiring Boulder setting.

• Flexible part-time schedule with room for growth.

• Generous compensation for the right person.

• Collaborate with an experienced and passionate team committed to design excellence.

• Make a lasting impact on a project that’s truly special—and potentially expand into future opportunities.

📨 Ready to join us?

Please send your resume, portfolio (with samples of 3D renderings), and a short note about why this opportunity resonates with you. We’re excited to meet talented collaborators who bring both vision and execution to the table.
