We are a new, vibrant cocktail bar dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences through craft cocktails, elevated service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a passionate and charismatic Bar Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth operations and drive our vision forward.

The Bar Manager will oversee the day to day aspects of bar operations, including team management, customer service, scheduling, and ensuring the highest quality standards in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills and a deep understanding of the cocktail and hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management

a. Recruit, train and mentor staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment

b. Lead by example, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

2. Operations Management:

a. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

b. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.

c. Collaborate with bartenders to maintain and develop the cocktail menu

3. Guest Experience:

a. Act as the face of the establishment, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction.

b. Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.

4. Financial Oversight:

a. Analyze sales and operational data to optimize performance and profitability.

c. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive business.

5. Culture Building:

a. Promote a culture of creativity, innovation and excellence.

b. Stay current with industry trends, introducing fresh ideas to keep the bar competitive.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience a lead bartender or assistant bar manager in a cocktail focused bar, upscale lounge, restaurant or hospitality focused venue.

Skills: Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits and bar operations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory, software, and Microsoft office.

Personal Attributes: Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Creative problem solver with a hands-on approach. Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Requirements : Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
