Our high-volume restaurant is looking for a dynamic and flexible leader who can provide our diners with an exceptional experience. As the restaurant general manager, you are responsible for creating a plan that maximizes our financial and operational goals. You will be able to recruit, hire, and train a staff who is passionate about delivering great customer service.

The general manager needs to ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. Our ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience managing a restaurant or a similar role in the customer service industry. If this describes you, please start your application right away!

• Hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management
• Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
• Develop a clear plan for the restaurant that takes into account the market, local competitors, sales revenue, and expenses
• Deliver excellent quality of visitor satisfaction when dining in the restaurant
• Maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends

• Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MS Office and other computer skills desired
• Must have previous experience in food service managing food inventory levels, operating costs, and budgets
• Must have 2-3 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in food service
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
