Job Description Conduct on-site clinical evaluations for new and existing customers to demonstrate our products and services, enhancing the usage of IGS (Image Guided Surgery) systems. Provide on-site consulting, guidance, and assistance to physicians and operating room staff during surgeries to optimize efficiency and product utilization. Lead installations and establish functionality at new and existing customer sites. Educate and train hospital personnel, including surgeons, operating staff, Radiology, Central Sterile Processing, Biomedical, and IT staff, on our surgical products and services. Apply engineering expertise to contribute to quality improvements by recommending product modifications. Act as the primary liaison with customers, maintaining regular site visits, assessing satisfaction and usage, and working to increase revenue through service contracts, spare parts, upgrades, etc. Collaborate with the regional Account Manager to evaluate customer opportunities and develop sales strategies. Resolve product issues through detailed analysis and engineering expertise. Stay updated on new developments in Brainlab and competitor products via ongoing training and research. Attend annual surgical continuing education and maintain product certifications. Promote our surgical products and services at trade shows. Maximize customer satisfaction and perform other duties as required. Travel approximately 50% or more. Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Qualifications B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, Nursing, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in technical support within healthcare. Preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience. Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC software applications. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independent decision-making.
