We are an Amazon-focused agency in the Better-For-You CPG space: you’d find most of our client products at a Whole Foods. Some of our clients include Justin's, Olipop, Rao’s, Starface, MTN Ops, and Necessaire. We’re in charge of the top and bottom line on Amazon: we manage the channel for our clients in its entirety from packaging and operations to SEO and advertising.

THE JOB: Brand Directors at Cartograph work to develop and manage a team of approximately 8-12 Brand Managers and Specialists and oversee 15-25 different brands. This position provides executive leadership and is the highest owner of client and employee success. Brand Director also provides strategy to the brands on their teams. The team members that Brand Directors oversee act as the GM for our client's Amazon business and work to improve execution and drive growth on the platform. A Brand Director must feel comfortable driving brand strategy forward through operations and 3PL management, pricing and margin management, forecasting, content/SEO, advertising, and any other items that come up in the process of dealing with Amazon and Instacart. This position requires continuous learning, creative problem solving, analytics, and flexibility. Brand Directors act as the executive point of contact for clients, requiring exceptional client management and communication skills to build strong, long-term relationships while aligning brand strategy with client goals. This is a broad reaching job that gives direct P&L ownership for eight-figures of revenue on Amazon

WHO ARE YOU? We are looking for individuals with:
➔ 3+ years of Experience directly supervising and leading a team is a must – people management and development are an integral part of this position
➔ 3+ years Executive level client management and relationship skills and experience (building trust, strategic problem-solving, defusing hot situations, contract negotiations, etc.)
➔ 5+ years Amazon, ecommerce, or CPG experience – the ability to drive account strategy, support your team in the day-to-day, and take the wheel if needed
➔ Comfort with analytical thinking, data analysis, and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience in financial analysis and managerial accounting, such as P&Ls and Margin Analysis, is required
➔ Strong organizational skills with excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills – comfortable communicating complex problems with C-suite and founder-level stakeholders
➔ Demonstrated ability to adapt and manage different organizational and prioritization methods from a team and multiple clients
➔ Motivation, self-discipline, and dependability. We give our team significant autonomy and responsibility, and work remotely. We’re looking for people with a track record of “owning” projects and driving them across the finish line. This role is one of both strategy and execution, not just delegation
➔ Advertising, SEO, marketing, or related experience is a strong bonus
➔ Passion for life-long learning and problem solving – we live on the cutting edge of eCommerce innovation, and often must self-teach on new topics
➔ Passion for the better-for-you and/or natural food space
