Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

  Administrative support for the Colorado Aggregates business.

  • Create purchase requisitions in Oracle ERP
  • Track Purchase Orders in a ledger.
  • Receive on Purchase Orders in Oracle ERP.
  • Work with Accounts Payable on payment status inquiries and disputes
  • Gather account statements from vendors.
  • Receive and organize invoices from vendors.
  • Work closely with Purchasing department to:
    • Update POs
    • Onboard new vendors
    • Change order requests
  • Assist Land and Resources department in purchasing, document filing, etc.
  • Work with operations and sales management team to ensure accurate financial cost tracking.
  • Work with Finance department to close each month and perform accruals as needed.
  • Other duties as requested

 

RATE: $26.00 and up.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma required, Associates Degree or higher preferred
