Job Description

Assist in managing student financial accounts including tuition, billing, bank deposits and cash collections. Manage aged receivables of active and inactive students to include regular collections of past due receivables. Assist with sudent records, textbook dustribution and supply orders. Advise students of payments. Track and maintain student accounts trhroughout the collection process including sending inactive accounts to an outside collection agency. Mail monthly statements. Calculate charges for students with schedule changes. Maintain accurate data in Campus Vue system. Regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned.

2 years accounting experience and collections experience required. Math skills are a must. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to multitask. Campus Vue experience a plus. Fortis Colleges and Institutes
