• Understanding of SLC (Sample Life Cycle) processes and data management.
• Familiarity with LIMS systems (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
• Life Science experience/knowledge, with an understanding of sample management processes.
• Experience with GxP or regulatory exposure (preferred).
• Understanding of SLC (Sample Life Cycle) processes and data management.
• Ability to work with scientists and business stakeholders to gather requirements and map out workflows.
• Vendor evaluation and competitive analysis experience.
• System migration strategy development expertise.
• Proficiency in business and process mapping, including the ability to analyze and document complex workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Map both clinical and procured sample flows across multiple business groups related to GxP and non-GxP sample landscapes.
• Develop comprehensive requirements documents for a new GxP sample system to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Define and engage with user bases and business groups to gather requirements and address pain points related to sample management workflows.
• Document current workflows and sample tracking processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Evaluate vendor solutions (build vs. buy), considering factors like system capabilities, scalability, and cost.
• Support change management efforts and long-term strategy development to improve sample registration, data storage, and reporting across the organization.
