Valid Drivers License Reliable transportation Previous restoration experience is a plus. Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs. Pass background check and drug screen Skills 1-2 years experience in multi-trade construction supervision. Must possess and show trade skills in rough and finish carpentry, light plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, painting, drywall patching and finishing, etc. Clean driving record.
