About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer to lead its risk management division. A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in managing a large and complex risk management program, particularly within a governmental or public sector organization, is required. The role demands excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to effectively lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering a culture of high performance and personal accountability in risk management, and be adept at building strong relationships, negotiating, and resolving conflicts.
