As a CPR Instructor, you'll play a vital role in teaching individuals the skills they need to save lives. You'll lead small group classes (4-12 students) in a variety of settings, including offices, schools, medical facilities, and more. If you have strong communication skills, an energetic personality, and a commitment to safety, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of all class participants at all times.
Organize and set up necessary equipment for each course.
Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction in an easy-to-understand manner.
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care as needed.
Maintain professional relationships with students, clients, and team members.
Communicate effectively with management teams and facility partners.
Manage equipment inventory, cleaning, and restocking after classes.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Availability to work weekends and some weekday evenings as needed.
Current CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
CPR, First Aid, and AED Instructor Certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
Ability to use web-based technology to manage course records.
Access to a phone, laptop, internet, and email.
Possession of or access to CPR/First Aid/AED training equipment, including feedback-compliant manikins, AED trainers, and first aid kits.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a CPR Instructor.
Availability to teach at least two weekends per month.
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking ability is a plus!).
Additional Information:

Part-time position.
Class instruction durations range from 4-8 hours per session.
Compensation:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
