This includes managing customer lines, directing customers to the right location at the operation and answering any questions to improve the customer’s travel experience and provide excellent customer service. This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely. 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
