We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to support the night shift who is eligible for a Secret clearance to join our growing team in San Diego, CA.

The Customer Service Supervisor monitors the nightly operations of the Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality, customer experience, and performance metrics are met. The Supervisor provides departmental leadership and supervision of Contact Center employees.

The Supervisor will be responsible for the productivity, quality, and timeliness of work completed for their assigned team members. The Supervisor will conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions with the individual agents on his/her assigned team. Supervisors may also participate in interviewing and hiring recommendations and complete performance evaluations for members of their team.

Requirements:
  • Three (3) years of related training experience
  • Ability to achieve and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • Able to work night shift
  • Associates Degree
  • Knowledge of contact center customer relationship management and telephony solutions
  • Supervisory experience in contact center operations, including planning, forecasting, quality assurance, and training.
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with all levels of management and Contact Center personnel
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and engage with people quickly to create rapport
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
