Your Impact

As a Data Science Intern , you will:

• Work on cutting-edge AI/ML models , helping to enhance predictive analytics and automation within the multifamily industry.

• Develop and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering techniques, and machine learning workflows .

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights .

• Apply statistical methods, forecasting models, and deep learning techniques to solve business challenges.

• Support data acquisition, cleaning, and preparation for structured and unstructured datasets.

• Explore large-scale datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and new opportunities for data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field .

• Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).

• Familiarity with SQL and database querying for data extraction and analysis.

• Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, or optimization techniques .

• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive meaningful business insights.

• A curious, problem-solving mindset with a passion for data-driven innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.

• Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or similar frameworks) .

• Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn) .

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders .
