The ideal candidate will be a strong business leader capable of driving both financial and operational results. Responsibilities Generate significant revenue through new business Maintain sponsor relationships for university athletic programs Create and present sponsorship packages aligned with client objectives Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and university athletic personnel to ensure sponsorship implementation and contract fulfillment Develop creative, sellable inventory for the university, staff, and marketplace Mentor and coach junior sales staff Recruit, manage, and train support staff and vendors involved in property activities Foster positive employee morale and teamwork Manage change effectively and lead others through transitions Influence and motivate through leading by example Qualifications Minimum of 6+ years in sports marketing partnerships or relevant B2B sales experience Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills Self-motivated and team-oriented Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Curiosity about industry trends and strategic thinking Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university Compensation and Benefits The base pay range is approximately $150,000 to $175,000, with potential bonuses and sales incentives. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and location.
