Job Description

Staffmark is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dock Worker to join our logistics team in Bolingbrook, IL. If you have previous warehouse experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company that values your contributions.

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Evening/Night Shift)

In this role, you'll be part of the Rework/Value-Added Services team, responsible for handling, sorting, and preparing goods for shipment. Duties include unloading trailers, repackaging and relabeling products, and preparing items for final distribution. Additional responsibilities include:

• Accurately staging and sorting products for loading
• Loading and unloading trailers (heavy lifting required, up to 50 lbs)
• Placing parts in designated storage areas or racks
• Following all warehouse safety procedures
• Scanning and tracking inventory using a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Performing quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods
• Identifying and removing damaged products
• Reading work orders and schedules to determine items for movement
• Maintaining accurate inventory and documentation

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or dock experience required
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures
• Experience with inventory systems or warehouse scanning equipment a plus
