Hybrid work model – Two days WFH per week

Entry Level Business Operations Associate Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide accurate pricing quotes, manage order entry, and process replenishment orders in a efficiently.
• Handle all aspects of international shipment processing, including order entry, tracking and managing returns in a cost effective manner.
• Maintain regular and proactive engagement with local and international customers, following the company’s customer engagement strategy to strengthen and enhance relationships.
• Offer operational support to independent dealers and other global accounts to ensure smooth account management.
• Utilize the company's proprietary order management system to enter, modify, track, and cancel ocean, rail, air, and LTL orders as needed.
• Conduct product inventory reviews for backorder releases, communicate estimated arrival times, and coordinate necessary documentation for return authorization requests.
• Continuously expand and refine knowledge of the company’s product offerings to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Promptly respond to and follow up on customer inquiries and general requests to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.

Entry Level Business Operations Associate Required Skills:

• A bachelor's or associate degree is preferred for this position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential for success in this role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are required to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for clear and professional interactions.
