l Do:
Executive Su pport: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the CEO and Pres

ident.
Office Mana gement: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work envir

onment.
HR & Employee En gagement: Assist the Director of Human Resources with employee events, office lunches, and other HR-relate

d tasks.
Personal As sistance: Support executives with occasional personal tasks and

errands.
Administrat ive Tasks: Handle emails, expense reports, document preparation, and other administrati

ve duties.

Education: Bachelor’s degr

ee required.
Experience: 3+ years in an executive assistant, office management, or admini s

trative role .
Tech Savvy: Highly familiar with Gmail, Google Docs, Outlook, and Microsoft Office: experience with DocuS i

gn is a plus.
Strong Organiza tional Skills: Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping everything ru

nning smoothly.
Pro active Mindset: A self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait f
