Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our talented development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and optimizing complex front-end applications while working alongside a team of highly skilled professionals. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable and responsive React-based web applications.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless and dynamic user experiences.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to modern best practices.
• Take ownership of key front-end components and ensure their scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the team’s professional growth.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application performance issues and bugs.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in front-end technologies and tools to continuously enhance development processes.
• Adhere to established workflows and participate in the improvement of team processes.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Context API).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and version control systems like Git.
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration in a team setting.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Background in accessibility standards and building inclusive web applications.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading development teams.
