Gilbert/Mesa, Arizona — Remote position , but candidate MUST BE LOCAL to the Gilbert/Mesa area (or greater Phoenix Metro area) for occasional in-person meetings.
Salary Range :
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Overview :
We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Developer who is comfortable planning and executing projects with minimal supervision. You will be working with an experienced developer who will be available to provide feedback and direction as needed. We value well-rounded individuals who can manage their time effectively, meet self-set deadlines, and sometimes handle multiple projects simultaneously. While senior-level experience is preferred, we welcome junior developers with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain web applications using our specified tech stack.
- Collaborate with various departments to create bespoke tools that enhance efficiency, automate repetitive tasks , and improve outreach.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enrich our internal systems and customer experiences.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, and deploying applications.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, vendors, partners, and occasionally customers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies including Ai and recommend improvements to keep our tech stack modern, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
Tech Stack :
- NodeJS (Adonis framework)
- Rust (utilized where performance optimization is required)
- PostgreSQL
- Svelte
- Tailwind CSS or vanilla CSS
Recent Projects :
- Aggregated weather data from third-party sources to display maps of job sites affected by storms
- Synchronized internal Gmail messages with our CRM system
- Enhanced Business Intelligence metrics using PostgreSQL
Example Projects :
- Integrate additional services with our CRM to improve the customer journey
- Develop messaging integrations for text, email, and calls, incorporating AI enhancements
- Create custom tools for departments like Sales and Production to boost efficiency and outreach
Qualifications :
- Preferably 4+ years of experience in the software development field
- Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques
- Ability to take ownership of projects and expand upon ideas independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends
- Experience with AI, marketing, CRM integrations or creation, and/or knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus
