Job Title: Global Logistics NPI and Network Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented leader to manage New Product Introductions (NPI) and optimize our Global Logistics network within the pharmaceutical industry. This role will drive the seamless launch of new therapies, including biologics, gene therapies, and small-molecule drugs, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scalability across the global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global logistics strategy for new product launches, ensuring timely and compliant market entry.
• Develop and execute logistics models for complex therapies, including cold-chain integrity and just-in-time manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Sourcing) to ensure smooth clinical-to-commercial transition.
• Design and optimize logistics networks to improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Establish contingency plans to mitigate supply disruptions.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and logistics partners to ensure product integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Present strategic updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Operational Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or CSCP preferred).
• 5+ years in supply chain/logistics within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience in cold-chain logistics and GMP compliance.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in NPI and network optimization.
