IT Business Development Director, Miami, FLThe IT Business Development Director will be responsible for leading the sales force and business development efforts within their sector. As a rapidly growing technology consulting firm, we aim to expand our team with seasoned business development professionals to sustain this growth.Responsibilities :Lead business development initiatives within the information technology sector.Understand and promote the company's full offerings, including competitive advantages, resources, and processes.Engage in activities to solicit new business opportunities.Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects supporting organizational objectives.Drive the development of new managed services opportunities.Plan and develop strategic accounts to foster growth.Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts.Target potential clients and develop effective lead conversion strategies.Maintain short- and medium-term account plans and document all client activities in the CRM system.Implement performance metrics for the sector, including customer satisfaction, budget adherence, deadlines, and objectives.Visit clients to build relationships and assess satisfaction levels.Participate in promoting and developing the company's services.Build and sustain strategic business networks.Represent the organization in corporate and commercial events.Collaborate regularly and efficiently with practices, recruitment, finance, and human resources teams.Assist in preparing RFPs and deliver presentations to clients.Qualifications :Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree.At least 10 years of relevant experience in service sales.Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.Ability to adapt quickly to change without disrupting business operations.Experience integrating multiple technical disciplines into projects for optimal results.Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build relationships with senior management, including IT Directors and Procurement Directors.Proven ability to develop strategic accounts through prospecting, presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies.Proficiency with Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).Benefits include medical insurance, retirement plans, PTO, and more.
