Assist with case management, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions.
Conduct legal research and gather case-related documents.
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparations.
Manage case files, maintain deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules.
3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury.
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
