We are seeking two highly skilled Senior Network Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in network engineering and architecture who are looking to contribute to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment.

max pay rate - $45/hr W2

Responsibilities:

• Advanced Network Engineering (75%): Manage edge services, MPLS mesh in datacenters, private Azure express route circuits, and DNS services hosted in Azure.
• Network Architecture and Design (25%): Develop strategic network architecture and design solutions.
• On-call SRE Rotation: Lead on-call Site Reliability Engineering rotation to address and resolve network incidents swiftly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers to integrate advanced network tools for enhanced monitoring, rapid response, and efficient remediation.
• Implementation and Maintenance: Plan, implement, and maintain routing, switching, firewalls, and load balancing to ensure optimal network performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshooting: Proactively troubleshoot and resolve network issues, manage escalations, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
• Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide advanced training to stakeholders for effective network management and incident response.

Required Skillset:

• Experience: 10+ years in network engineering, with a strong track record in managing global network infrastructure and implementing enterprise network automation solutions.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, firewall configurations, and overall network infrastructure management.
• Automation: Advanced proficiency with network automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Ansible, Python).
• Monitoring: Significant experience using and configuring network monitoring tools, employing advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Security: In-depth knowledge of network security, including VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and best practices for securing network infrastructure.
• Documentation: Strong ability to create and maintain detailed network documentation.
