Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a critical access hospital dedicated to delivering quality healthcare to the residents of Crawford, Franklin, and Washington counties. Our state-of-the-art facilities include:

Your Role as a Graduate Nurse

As a Graduate Nurse, you will:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Participate in activities that promote patient safety and quality care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing
