Position Key Responsibilities/Overview

• Work in a variety of settings: clinic, home, or school-based environments.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care and support.
• Document progress and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
• Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers to help extend therapeutic gains at home.

Qualifications

• Active or pending California OT license
• Ability to work in-person in Tracy, CA
• Pediatric experience (preferred)
• Collaborative mindset, open to sharing knowledge and learning from others
