Hiring for Picker and Packer in Hudson, WI Pay $20-22/hr
Job DescriptionThe individuals working in this role will be responsible for picking medical products to be shipped to various locations, primarily hospitals or pharmacies. Upon arrival at work, they will put a scanner on their wrist, scan the bins on their cart, and the system on their wrist will guide them to the specific locations in the aisle to pick their products. They will then rescan the bin, scan the product, and place the product into their bins until all bins are full. Once the bins are full, they will bring them to a staging area where others will palletize the product for shipping.
ResponsibilitiesThe work environment is a clean, well-organized, temperature-controlled warehouse. Employees do stretch every night before the shift as a team. The pace is fast but manageable, with a lot of camaraderie and teamwork.
The shift runs from 7 pm to 3:30 am, with overtime often extending the end time to 4-5 am, especially on Sundays and Mondays. The rest of the week usually involves an 8-hour day with possible 1-2 hours of overtime depending on workload

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.85 - $21.85/hr.
