You support our team as
Plant Controller
Responsibilities
Lead the Controlling processes in our Carmi plants to ensure timely completion of monthly and yearly financial accounts.
Collaborative partner for our Plant Managers and Leadership teams in financial and operational result analysis.
Develop and implement operating metrics and actions to improve key performance indicators.
Work closely with the plant leadership team as well as the regional Controlling team to create annual budgets and review monthly forecast
Support with internal and external financial audits for your plants.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance / controlling or a comparable education.
3+ years of experience in plant controlling
Various controlling and accounting processes in production companies and have experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Fluent English skills to collaborate with your international team colleagues complete your profile.
Ability to work on-site in the Carmi, IL area.
