Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design, and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it's consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make it with us! We are seeking a Product Designer to join our Design Systems (Figma Pattern Library) team, dedicated to building and evolving shared patterns and components across Figma's expanding suite of products. This role will focus on creating a consistent and approachable experience for Figma's users, regardless of the product they are using. As Figma continues to grow, a cohesive design system that spans multiple products is critical. We are looking for a designer with experience in multi-product environments who can collaborate across teams to develop, refine, and implement scalable design systems. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making regarding cross-product design systems. Define and communicate a clear vision for shared design patterns that can be utilized across various products. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other design teams to ensure consistent implementation of design components. Create, iterate, and refine design system components, including flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of the design system across the organization. We'd love to hear from you if you have: 5+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software, with a focus on design systems. Experience working independently and collaboratively to explore design solutions from concept to implementation. Proven ability to create simple, scalable solutions for complex user experiences across multiple products. Experience managing complex projects involving collaboration across teams and organizational boundaries. Proficiency in using prototyping tools to communicate design decisions effectively. While it's not required, it's a plus if you also have: A deep understanding of how design systems operate within large, multi-product companies. A passion for creating accessible, user-friendly designs for a broad audience. Experience mentoring junior or early-career designers. A knack for turning ambiguous problems into clear, actionable goals. At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go . We believe in hiring smart, curious people eager to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the points outlined, we encourage you to apply anyway—you might be the right fit for this or other roles. Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub, this role has an annual base salary range of $164,000 — $288,000 USD . Compensation will be based on qualifications, skills, experience, impact potential, and location. For remote roles, the pay range is localized to your work location, between 80% and 100% of the range. Please discuss your location with your recruiter. Figma offers equity, a competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement contributions, parental leave, mental health benefits, generous PTO, stipends for learning and remote work, and more. Compensation and benefits are subject to change. Diversity & Inclusion We celebrate diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We also provide accommodations for applicants with disabilities. To request accommodations, contact accommodations-ext@figma.com. We require candidates to keep cameras on during video interviews and in-person onboarding for new hires. By applying, you agree that your data will be processed according to Figma's Candidate Privacy Notice. #J-18808-Ljbffr Figma
