(STL), a global leader in end-to-end connectivity solutions, is seeking a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team of operators in the manufacturing of high-quality fiber optic cable. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to meet daily output, quality, and safety objectives.
• Oversee fiber optic cable manufacturing operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor shift performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, shift logs, and attendance records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting; experience in cable or fiber optic production is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety standards is advantageous.
