About Us
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and develop event menus tailored to Punjabi weddings and celebrations.
- Prepare, season, and cook a variety of traditional Punjabi dishes and desserts while maintaining authenticity and presentation.
- Handle grocery shopping & ingredient sourcing, prioritizing quality, freshness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage food preparation for buffets and plated service, ensuring efficiency during events.
- Oversee kitchen hygiene, food safety, and storage compliance.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Adapt menus to dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, allergen-free, Jain).
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, catering, fine dining, or event-based cooking.
- Proven experience in Punjabi cuisine, including traditional dishes and desserts.
- Strong menu planning, kitchen management, and ingredient sourcing skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, high-volume event environment.
