We're looking for a motivated and experienced paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Seattle's Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review real estate agreements and contracts with attention to detail.
Analyze title reports, surveys, and assist in resolving related issues.
Coordinate due diligence tasks, including document review and preparing summaries.
Manage the closing process, including keeping track of checklists and finalizing documents.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, attorneys, and all parties involved.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $100,000 to $125,000, plus quarterly and annual bonuses.
Comprehensive benefits package covering Medical, Dental, and Vision premiums at 100%, 401(k) with match/profit sharing, 3-4 weeks of paid time off, sick days, and 10 paid holidays per year.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Expertise in drafting and interpreting real estate purchase agreements.
Strong ability to conduct thorough title searches and interpret results accurately.
Experience preparing and reviewing closing packages and documents.
Exceptional due diligence skills for real estate transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
