Location

You can live anywhere on the East Coast of FL or near Tampa, FL. We have two different clients hiring a Regional Nurse to be over 4-6 Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, permanent, direct-hire opportunity for a Regional Nurse Consultant (RNC). The RNC will be responsible for all clinical oversight of a Long Term Care company with Skilled Nursing Facility/Independent Living and Assisted Living communities located in Daytona, Deland, Tampa and Miami. Traveling to all locations, working closely with the Director of Nurses and other clinical leadership in the buildings to improve quality of care and clinical outcomes.

(Tampa Location) RNC will have responsibility for 4 Skilled Nursing Facilities all in the Greater Tampa area.

(East Coast Location) It is a regional nurse role but reports directly to the COO, working hand in hand with the VP of Operations to be responsible for all clinical operations, at the corporate level. One day the Regional Nurse role could turn into a VP of Clinical Operations role as they grow, they could hire someone over you or under you depending on the proven success in the RNC role.

This company will be acquiring more locations in Florida!

Qualifications

• Experience in Nursing, Long-term Care, AHCA and Training
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of AHCA healthcare regulations and compliance
• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Start-up experience is a huge plus
• Experience creating UDAs in Point Click Care
• Prior experience with writing or re-writing policies and policies as needed
• Experience transitioning buildings to new owners is a huge plus
