Department: Northern Colorado Community Health Improvement
FTE: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $37.06 - $57.44 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary: Develops, implements and coordinates community outreach and health education programs, services and marketing materials.
Responsibilities: - Assesses community health needs and health status indicators.
- Creates and disseminates informational/marketing materials to promote public health programs and services.
- Serves as a consultant to community resources on health education issues and initiatives.
- Recruits, trains, and directs personnel and volunteers.
Requirements: - Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Experience in motivational interviewing and life-style behavioral coaching preferred.
