Job Description

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant safety experience required.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Experience working in companies with 500+ employees is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or another language in addition to English) are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations is essential.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Familiarity with Risk Management Procedures (RMP) and Process Safety Management (PSM) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Collaborative environment with a diverse workforce.
• Moderate physical demands, including handling average-weight items and standing or walking for extended periods during peak hours.
• Frequent exposure to cold and wet environments, with temperatures ranging between 28°F and 35°F.
