Position:

ServiceNow Engineer

Description:

As a ServiceNow Engineer at xScion, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).

Key responsibilities include designing and developing user-friendly ServiceNow interfaces using UI Builder and Workspace Builder; implementing UI Policies to enhance data accuracy and optimize user experience; developing and configuring ServiceNow workflows to automate business processes using both pro-code (JavaScript, Glide) and low-code (Flow Designer) approaches; collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translating them into technical specifications; configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, and HRSD; developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations; performing unit testing and supporting UAT; executing deployment plans; and creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer.

Strong experience with ServiceNow UI Policy, UI Builder, and Workspace Builder.

Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, Glide, and Flow Designer.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Permanent Residency required.

Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM), experience with Agile methodologies, familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and experience with REST API integrations.
