Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a  Travel - Occupational Therapist (OT)

Shift: Days / 8a-5p (8x5) 40 hours per week, able to be flexible with 4 10’s if needed

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• AZ License
• 1-2 years experience
• BLS
• 2 years experience

Other details:

• EMR for your facility: Re Doc; Cerner
• Float: Possibly med surg but primarily OP
• Number of beds: 100

Scrub colors / dress code: Scrubs no specific color

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
