Digital Designer Remote Duration: 3-4 months 40 hours/week Industry: Skincare Rate: $35-40/hr Portfolio is required, Please make sure it's listed on your resume. You must have beauty/skincare samples to showcased. You will work directly with the creative team. As a Digital Designer, you have an opportunity to directly influence branding, content, and customer experiences across all channels. You will collaborate closely with other members of the creative team and cross-functional team members to develop results driven digital-first designs. The Digital Designer is actively involved in all aspects of the creative process - blending hands-on digital design lens expertise, from idea to execution. Qualifications/Requirements

• BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in digital design and production in a high volume, deadline-driven environment
• You must have 2+ years in the beauty/skincare industry
• Demonstrated talent (portfolio showcasing examples of relevant digital assets)
• Strong knowledge of digital best practices and channel formats - simultaneously creating site, email, and paid advertising assets with the ability to take direction while collaborating with a wide variety of team members
• Experience working in an in-house environment
• Assist in house video producer - in video creation, implementation, and graphic animations
• Highly motivated self-starter, attentive to detail and quality oriented
• Ability to effectively and proactively prioritize tasks
• High proficiency in Adobe CC Suite: including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & AfterEffects
• Knowledge of Shopify, basic understanding of code and Figma a plus

• Support the Creative Director in concept & idea generation of digital assets, including seasonal campaigns, emails, paid media, e-commerce, and social assets
• Help lead digital storytelling across all customer touchpoints, ensuring brand and message consistency and cohesion throughout the consumer experience
• Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with e-commerce, marketing, social and other departments whose activities intersect with creative
• Optimize and proactively pinpoint opportunities within the project process to boost productivity and elevate quality of executions
• Present creative concepts to internal management, addressing feedback with solution-based creative thinking
• Design in a digital/mobile-first mindset
• Aware of trends and new ideas within beauty and social, with the ability to interpret those into high-performing brand-right creative
• Provide overarching support to creative team members as necessary 24 Seven Talent
