Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and pressure washing for residential and commercial properties using various tools and equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company safety standards.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Inspect windows and surrounding areas to identify any additional cleaning opportunities or potential issues.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment efficiently, ensuring regular maintenance is performed.
• Record job completion and any issues encountered during service for quality assurance.
• Adhere to scheduled appointments and provide timely service to all clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in window cleaning or similar cleaning service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use ladders and work at heights safely and responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet client schedules.
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the day.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Access to internet and cell phone.
