What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Configure and maintain the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system and ensure its integration with external systems
• Analyze, design, and implement systems supporting compensation, benefits, and absence programs
• Create and maintain documentation including user guides, manuals, and workflows
• Manage relationships with HR stakeholders to proactively address issues and provide support
• Conduct unit and quality assurance testing, including test case preparation and execution

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• 3+ years' experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to drive closure and resolution of complex system issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years with an Advanced Degree
• Experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, advanced custom reports, and dashboards
• Workday Pro Certification(s)
• Active listener and relationship builder with a customer-focused approach
• Proven track record of seeking and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
