Experienced Seamstress / Alterations & Fittings Specialist
We are looking for an experienced seamstress for a part-time position with the following criteria;
What You’ll Do
· Perform a wide range of garment alterations
· Conduct professional fittings, advising clients on the best alteration options for fit and style
· Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalized solutions
· Maintain high standards of quality control
· Operate industrial sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques on a variety of fabrics (denim, silk, bridal, leather, etc.)
· Ensure timely completion of all orders
What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 3 years’ professional sewing/alterations experience
· Expertise with industrial sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques
· Strong eye for detail, fabric knowledge, and garment construction
· Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable consulting one-on-one with clients
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· A collaborative spirit and dedication to craftsmanship
