Position: Territory Manager (Entry-Level)
Industry: Automation Hardware Sales
Location: Ontario

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn to generate leads and identify potential clients through research and outreach
  • Contact new and existing customers to understand their automation needs
  • Recommend our products and solutions in a way that connects to customer goals
  • Collaborate with an experienced sales team to create and execute smart sales strategies
  • Assist with product presentations and live demos – both online and in-person
  • Provide customers with accurate info on pricing, product specs, and availability
  • Stay up to speed with automation trends and product innovations
  • Keep track of your progress and goals using CRM tools like Salesforce

Who You Are:

  • Eager to learn and build a career in technical sales
  • Comfortable speaking with clients via phone, email, or in person
  • Familiar with basic electrical concepts (PLCs, automation systems, wiring, etc.) – not required, but a big plus
  • A diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Technology is helpful, but not essential
  • Self-motivated, curious, and not afraid to ask questions or take initiative
  • Organized and able to track your work and goals using tools like Salesforce
  • Bonus: Previous experience with Horner PLCs or other automation hardware
  • Bonus: Bilingual in French and English (an asset, but not required)
